**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with departments to understand student skills and career goals.
- Develop and maintain employer relationships for placement opportunities.
- Facilitate matching students with internships and jobs.
- Provide guidance on resume building, interviews, and job searches.
- Conduct workshops to enhance employability skills.
- Track and report placement outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between students, employers, and academic departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in career services or recruitment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of career development best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software for data tracking.

**Salary**: ₹15,558.71 - ₹35,534.62 per month
