**Physiotherapist( Community Based Rehabilitation)**

Community Health Division of Bangalore Baptist Hospitalis the implementing agency for the **District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC)**situated in the Bangalore Rural District covering a population of 10 lakhs with an estimated 20,000 persons with disabilities. It is a collaborative project with the Directorate of Welfare of the Disabled and Senior Citizens, Government of Karnataka.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assessments related to Physio and Occupational therapy cases
- Home based therapy
- To give services in different units of rehabilitation department as per requirement
- Provide therapy to assigned children

To maintain daily activity sheet & attendance of children and adult
- Assessment and Management of Aids and appliances at the Centre and in field the level
- To provide / arrangement of aids and appliances to ADL and occupation
- Attending need assessment camp at Grama Panchayth level
- Training for Rehabilitation workers
- Physiotherapy for special children’s and Differently abled people at the center and filed level
- To provide physio and occupational therapy services to children with autism / CP and another neuro-developmental
- Stroke rehabilitation

**Qualification**: Bachelor in Physiotherapy(BPT) with 1-3 years experience

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Report and case story writing
- Special skill in all Neuro conditions, posture correction. Stroke Rehabilitation, Special Children therapy ,
- Computer skills
- **Language : Kannada is mandatory**
- **Travel requirement**:

- Yes in villages along with team (CBR)
- Specific skills requirements -Multi-professional teamwork
- Work Location : Bangalore Rural District Doddaballapura

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CBR: 1 year (preferred)
