**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain plant administrative systems including filing, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and plant events.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Maintain inventory records for office and operational supplies.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of essential supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate future needs to avoid disruptions in plant operations.
- **Data Entry and Analysis**:
- Input data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.
- Compile and analyze data to generate reports for management review.
- Identify trends or discrepancies in data and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:
- Coordinate schedules for plant personnel, including meetings, training sessions, and shifts.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for plant staff as necessary.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records related to safety protocols, inspections, and audits.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory agencies and audits.
- **Communication and Liaison**:
- Serve as a point of contact between plant management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate important announcements, updates, and policies to plant personnel.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
**Salary**: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
