Procurement Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Coordinate with vendors for order confirmations and timely deliveries.
- Maintain supplier data, purchase records, and follow up on pending orders.
- Support price comparisons, cost sheets, and vendor negotiations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for re-orders.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Work with internal teams (production, QA, finance) for smooth procurement flow.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly procurement status reports with the manager.

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field** with 1**-2 years of experience**

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
