- Addressing and resolving patient or family concerns related to nursing care.
- Assisting in developing and implementing patient care plans when necessary.

3. **Administrative Duties**
- Maintaining accurate patient and staff records.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Participating in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.

4. **Training and Development**
- Organizing orientation programs for new nursing staff.
- Coordinating continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Promoting best practices and evidence-based care.

5. **Communication and Coordination**
- Acting as a liaison between nursing staff, doctors, and hospital administrators.
- Reporting significant incidents or changes in patient conditions.
- Leading shift handovers and team meetings.

6. **Crisis and Conflict Management**
- Managing emergency situations or critical incidents.
- Resolving conflicts among staff members or with patients.

7. **Quality Improvement**
- Monitoring and improving nursing practices.
- Implementing quality assurance initiatives.
- Collecting and analyzing data to support patient safety and satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
