Welder/fabricator

**Job Summary**:
MMT Technologies is seeking a skilled and reliable **Experienced Welder** to join our growing team in **Gadag, Karnataka**. As part of our fabrication and metal works unit, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, cutting and joining metals, and creating high-quality welds for gates, railings, frames, furniture, and structural components.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutters, and other hand tools
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and products as per project requirements
- Inspect and ensure quality control of welded joints and finished products
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a welder or fabricator (2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of various welding methods (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physically fit to handle welding and fabrication tasks
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related field
- Experience in aluminum and steel welding
- Knowledge of operating cutting machines, grinders, and measuring instruments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
