**Position:Data Entry Invoice**
**Location: Vadapalani, Chennai**
**Shift**:Rotational shift**

**Experience: Min 6 months to Max 1 year**

**Work type: Work From Office**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Keep information confidential
- Proficient in **MS - Excel**

**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- **Minimum 6 moths to maximum 1 year of experience in invoice process**:

- Experience as an invoice clerk or in general accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹180,000.00 per year
