Rigger

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and set up **rigging equipment** such as slings, shackles, pulleys, and hoists for lifting operations.
- Assist crane operators in **lifting, aligning, and placing heavy materials or machinery** safely.
- Ensure all lifting gear and rigging tools are in good condition and inspected before use.
- Communicate using **hand signals or radio** during crane operations for precise movement.
- Follow **lifting plans, rigging drawings, and safety protocols** during operations.
- Identify and manage risks during lifting activities, especially in **high-risk industrial environments**.
- Work in coordination with fitters, welders, and supervisors to support fabrication and erection activities.
- Maintain a **clean and safe work area**, reporting any unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Rigger** in industrial, construction, or plant settings.
- Familiarity with **lifting equipment, crane operations, and safety norms**.
- Ability to work **12-hour rotational shifts**, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit and capable of working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Good understanding of load limits, rigging angles, and safe lifting techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI or certification in Rigger Trade / Heavy Equipment Handling.
- Experience in **steel plants, refineries, construction, or fabrication yards**.
- Knowledge of **basic English or Hindi** for communication and safety instructions.
- Valid rigging or safety certification (if applicable) is a plus.
