**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the **corporate leasing portfolio** for the company.
- Identify and engage with corporate clients, brands, and MNCs for office/retail space requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **builders, developers, property owners, and investors**.
- Generate, manage, and close leasing mandates, ensuring successful transactions.
- Handle **end-to-end client relationship management** from requirement gathering to deal closure.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate opportunities.
- Drive **direct sales initiatives** to achieve business targets.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with **5-8 years of experience** in corporate leasing or commercial real estate.
- Prior experience working with **IPCs (International Property Consultants)** or reputed real estate firms is preferred.
- Strong **network and connections** with builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Proven track record of **successful leasing transactions** with top brands/corporates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of leading the leasing business independently.
