**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bank and External Office Errands**:

- Run errands to local banks for deposits, withdrawals, and document collection.
- Visit external offices for CEPA-related document attestations, certifications, and other paperwork submissions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation for CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Processing Assistance) is submitted and collected promptly.

**Documentation and Paperwork Support**:

- Assist the Accounts department by delivering, collecting, and organizing important financial documents.
- Help ensure that all CEPA-related paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
- Organize and maintain documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.

**General Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the office, including workstations, common areas, and restrooms.
- Maintain office supplies and inform the team of any shortages or requirements.

**Support to Accounts and CEPA**:

- Assist the Accounts team with minor administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
- Facilitate communication and document flow between departments.

**Visitor Handling**:

- Greet and assist visitors to the office, including clients, vendors, or other stakeholders.
- Serve tea/coffee to staff, clients, and visitors as required.

**Logistics and Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Assist in handling deliveries and shipments related to the business.
- Perform other tasks as required by the team to ensure smooth office operations

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum 12th grade; higher education is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as an office peon or in a similar role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to run errands and perform tasks that may require physical movement and stamina.
- **Communication Skills**: Basic proficiency in Hindi and Marathi; knowledge of English is a plus.
- **Punctuality and Reliability**: Consistent punctuality and reliability in completing tasks.
- **Attitude**: Positive, proactive, and willing to help with any office needs.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Environment**: Office-based with occasional visits to banks, government offices, and other external locations.
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (or as per office requirements).

Pay: ₹10,427.13 - ₹17,439.54 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
