**Job Title: In-house Podcast Video Editor**

**Location**: Noida Sector 2
**Experience**: 1-3 years (Podcast/YouTube editing experience preferred)
**Salary Range**: Up to 40,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Podcast Video Editor** to join our team. The role involves editing long-form podcast episodes and transforming them into engaging, high-quality content for YouTube and social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit long-form podcast videos into professional final outputs.
- Create **short-form reels/clips** for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Add intros, outros, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and animations to enhance viewer engagement.
- Sync audio and video for clear and crisp quality.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to maintain brand aesthetics.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content as per schedule.
- Stay updated with current trends in podcast editing and social media formats.
- Edit the full-length video with smooth transitions and modern editing techniques
- Create an engaging trailer/teaser from the main video
- Prepare useful raw cut-downs specifically for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Edit and finalize Reels and Shorts optimized for social media trends
- Thumbnail design is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in video editing tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve**, **After effects**:

- Experience in **podcast editing / YouTube channel editing** is a big plus.
- Strong understanding of audio editing, noise reduction, and sound balancing.
- Ability to add captions, graphics, and engaging elements.
- Knowledge of social media content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
