About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead off-page SEO initiatives, including link building, directory submissions, and third-party content promotions.
- Conduct outreach and collaborations to secure high-quality backlinks from high domain authority websites.
- Manage and optimize the entire link-building process, from research and prospecting to execution and reporting.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance and backlink impact using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Build and maintain a presence on high-traffic websites, forums, and communities to improve visibility.
- Perform regular competitive analysis to identify new link-building opportunities and emerging SEO trends.
- Update and maintain website content, internal linking, and meta data to ensure on-page SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators to align SEO strategies with ongoing content development.
- Stay up to date with algorithm changes and implement best practices in line with evolving search engine guidelines.
- Create and present SEO performance reports and data insights using MS Excel and reporting tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in off-page SEO, link building, and third-party outreach.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO to manage on-page optimizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of SEO best practices.
- Internet-savvy with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates.
- Knowledge of local citations, business listings, and backlink audits.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Prior agency experience managing multiple client SEO projects.
- Certification in Google Analytics or SEO-related courses.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
