**SEO Analyst**

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive qualified customers to the website, with a primary focus on SEO.
- Metrics Tracking: Utilize advanced metrics and analytics tools to track and measure the ROI of marketing campaigns. Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Campaign Analysis: Use advanced metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and gather insights. Optimize marketing spend and campaign performance based on these insights.
- Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement innovative and creative growth strategies to expand our online presence and customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create effective landing pages and optimize the user experience to increase conversion rates and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Keep the team informed about industry changes and emerging opportunities.
- Target Audience: Demonstrate a high level of creativity in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate potential customers.
- Organic and Paid Marketing: Possess a strong understanding of both organic (SEO) and paid (PPC) marketing methods, and be able to strategize and execute campaigns in both domains.
- Operational Management: Manage digital marketing department operational requirements, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members, and follow up on work results.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO.
- Proven track record of developing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and advanced metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High level of creativity and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- Familiarity with organic and paid marketing methods.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
