*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Generate Leads*: Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- *Conduct Site Visits*: Visit sites to assess solar potential and provide technical guidance.
- *Sales Conversions*: Pitch solar solutions, handle objections, and close sales deals.
- *Client Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- *Data Management*: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions.

*Requirements:*
- *Experience*: 0-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- *Education*: Graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for engineering or business backgrounds.
- *Skills*: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Salary Range:*
- ₹10,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
- Additional incentives and benefits may be provided, such as health insurance, travel allowances, and performance bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,056.66 per month
