**Job Overview**

The Accounts Receivable will be responsible for driving

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG
- Inventory Management
- Generate Sales Invoices
- Knowledge in Advanced MS Excel and MS Office suite(MS Excel, Word, PPT),TALLY Prime.
- Experience in handling Accounts Receivable for business and vendor management distributors

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Accounts Receivable - Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Sales Invoice Preparation & Verification**:

- Verify sales invoices based on delivery notes, orders and gives approval for the invoice generation
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantity, taxes, and applicable discounts.
- Upload invoices on customer/vendor portals as required (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Responsible for generating e-invoices on the GST portal, downloading them, and maintaining proper records.
- **Customer Account Management**:

- Maintain and update customer ledger accounts.
- Monitor receivables aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- AR Ageing reports needs to send management on weekly basis for offline and online.
- **Payment Collection & Reconciliation**:

- Track customer payments through bank, UPI, credit card, or cash.
- Reconcile the online payments through e-commerce portal.
- Share payment receipts with customers as needed.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Send reminders, outstanding statements, and credit notes to customers.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for customer queries or disputes.
- **Credit Management**:

- Monitor and enforce credit limits as per company policy.
- Report any deviation or high-risk accounts to the finance manager.
- **Inventory Check & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the inventory team to verify stock availability before invoice generation.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records periodically.
- Highlight mismatches in inventory or sales order fulfilment.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales, receivables status, and collections.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, and customer correspondence.
- Ensure GST and other tax details are correctly reflected in all invoices
