**Qualification**:

- Diploma in Textile Engineering (preferably in Spinning/Manmade Fibres)

**Experience**:

- 0-5 years (Freshers with relevant Diploma can also apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Supervision**
- Monitor and control day-to-day spinning operations in synthetic yarn production.
- Ensure optimum machine efficiency, production targets, and waste control.
- Plan shift operations and allocate manpower effectively.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination with the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate shift-wise production and downtime records.

**Quality Control**
- Conduct quality checks at various spinning stages (doffing, winding, cone quality, yarn strength, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to yarn quality standards (denier, tenacity, elongation, U%, hairiness, etc.).
- Analyze yarn defects (neps, slubs, thick & thin places, etc.) and take corrective actions.
- Support lab testing and reporting for customer requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
- Train operators/workers in best practices of production and quality.
- Comply with ISO/5S/lean manufacturing and organizational SOPs.

**Key Skills**:

- Knowledge of synthetic fibre spinning (Polyester, Nylon, Viscose, etc.).
- Strong understanding of yarn quality parameters and testing methods.
- Ability to handle shift production independently.
- Analytical skills for root cause analysis of production & quality issues.
- Good leadership, team handling & reporting skills.
