**About the Role**
As a Credit Control analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely collection of accounts receivable in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty. A Credit Control analyst must be able to communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with customers, as well as the broader accounts receivable team. He / She must have high attention to detail and be proactive to ensure that the receivable days are kept to a minimum.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Accurately enter bank receipts against the correct ledger account and set them off against outstanding invoices
- Reconcile ledgers and outstanding invoices with the client
- Regularly follow up with the client on outstanding payments and escalate concerns proactively
- Open vendor accounts for new clients
- Prepare credit vouchers for clients as per GST.
- Pass JVs of clients.
- Client visits on regular basis for reconciliation and process improvement
- Follow-up with clients for TDS certificate and payment.
- E-mail outstanding reports to HODs and salesman regularly
- Prepare outstanding reports for management as well as provide analysis on clients' payment cycles
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Bachelor’s degree requirement in a finance or business related field of study.
- 3+ years’ experience working within an accounts receivable and/or credit control environment,
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- Competency with large ERP systems
- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
- Excellent Excel skills
