**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To provide quality of medical services and appropriate medical care in Camps conducted by Ayurveda Hospital Shirpur.
- The Ayurveda Medical Officer has to handle all pre camp preparations, during the camp duty and post camp duties including data preservation, data analysis and writing of papers based on camp experiences.
- The Ayurveda Medical Officer should communicate with the doctors participating in the camp as well as the local teams to ensure all the camp related facilities can be provided best to the patients.
- To ensure that all the equipment specially purchased for the camp are handled nicely, stored nicely after the camps and keep them in order including doing AMCs if required. Keeping the equipment absolutely in order and working shall be taken on high priority.
- The Ayurveda Medical Officer has to supervise that the patients who visit the camp for seeking treatment are handled smoothly without any hurdles.
- The Ayurveda Medical Officer should maintain the Software as well as hardware intact and shall report all the developments precamp, during camp or post camp or even during the follow up visits to the Director Ayurveda of Shirpur Ayurveda Hospital.
- The Ayurveda Medical Officer will be wholly and individually responsible for follow up of patients who approach him after the camps.
- The Ayurveda Medical Officer shall keep a detailed record of all medicines purchased and used during the camps. He shall maintain the inventory by asking for more medicines whenever required. This planning of organizing for equipment and medicines shall be done well in advance and reported to the Director at regular intervals.
- The Ayurveda Medical Officer will refer every such patient to the referral hospital, which he thinks cannot be managed at his follow up dispensary.

Any other work assigned to him/her from time to time by the Director or management.
