- Must have good spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Should be able to join in 15 days.

**Responsibilities**:
You will mainly be responsible for sales and support of our pathology lab software.

**Support**
- Support the labs in using the software and resolve queries.
- Ensure support tickets are resolved in time.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.

**Sales**
- Assist the sales team by giving demos to prospective customer
- Help prospective customers set up their accounts and train them to use the software.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert them into paying customers.

**General**
- Keep track of customer feedback and suggest improvements to the software.
- Stay updated on new features and updates in the software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
