Experienced in static equipment engineering in the EPC business dealing with Pressure Vessels, columns etc.

Ability to handles multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.

Having hands on experience with analysis software like PV-Elite, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and able to perform spreadsheet calculations based on codes and standards.

Fully conversant with generating, and checking of fabrication engineering deliverables, MTOs, and ensure that, department / projects KPIs are stringently met.

Able to perform miscellaneous designs like lifting trunnion design, Tailing lug design, tailing beam design, Saddle design calculation for transportation, hydro test analysis, PWHT, etc

Understanding of material properties, heat treatments processes to prepare TDC for material procurement. Able to compile design reports for the Pressure Vessel using engineering software / spreadsheets / manual calculations as required.

Coordination with outsourcing agencies, resolution of queries, and managing change with other disciplines, vendor and client.

Strong interpersonal and English communication skills - verbal and written. Coordination with certification agencies like ASME, and regulatory bodies (IBR, PESO etc) for obtaining necessary engineering approvals.

Ability to use sound Judgement to anticipate potential implications and keep Lead engineer abreast about the project status.

Maintains accurate and complete records, and project specific documentation to ensure that projects move forward efficiently.

Ability to lead initiatives to improve quality, and productivity related to fabrication engineering.
