Need to be self motivated and must have leadership skills
- Be interested in new technologies and try out
- Generate Program for the manufacturing requirements of tooling & fixtures.
- Managed work load in the department and assign to machines and setup the load.
- Providing solutions for programming and achieving machine performance.
- Preventive maintenance of wire cutting machines.
- Maintaining critical spares for operations of Wire cutting equipment's.
- Raising requisitions on-time for consumables and machine spare parts.
- Prepare schedules and work flows in Wire cutting departments.
- Provide technical assistance for quality system of company.
- Evaluate and document drawings, specifications, prototypes and models.
- Implemented cleaning of paper filters.
- Conducted inspection of finished components and ensuring OK parts are dispatched out of the department.
- Maintaining records like Machine breakdown report, Part Inspection Report, Drawings, Specifications, Daily reports, Shift handover reports etc
- Being a team player in overall development of the wire cut section

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
