_**Job Summary**:_
- The Incharge is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations within a designated area or department. They are expected to provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Incharge is also responsible for fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively with both superiors and subordinates._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the designated area or department._
- _Assign tasks to team members and ensure that they are completed accurately and on time._
- _Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance._
- _Monitor workflow and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency._
- _Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide appropriate solutions._
- _Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect._
- _Communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and subordinates to ensure clarity and alignment of goals._
- _Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members._
- _Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance operations._
- _Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience._
- _Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills._
- _Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities._
- _Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively._
- _Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices._
- _Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others._

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
