technical roadmaps and assist in project forecasting.

**Responsibilities**:
Design, plan and strategize for the Apple platform

Develop and refine the Apple platform using tools such as Jamf Pro, Apple ARD, Enterprise

Connect, etc.

ldentify and remediate client and server-side security risks

Manage compliance settings, collections, clients and inventory data

Work with business partners and vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues with

workstations, servers, peripheral equipment, and software

Implementation of enhanced capabilities driven by a strategic and tactical roadmaps

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant field

Three years of industry experience, specifically in managing large-scale Apple hardware and

software deployments in enterprise environments

Strong working knowledge and understanding of Apple macos (Catalina or higher), Windows 10,

Windows Server, and general understanding of a mixture of developer environments

Familiarity with the deployment and maintaining of Apple Xcode 10.x or hieher

Broad in-depth knowledge of datacenter infrastruture and change management protocols

Engineering and troubleshooting skill: with the Apple macOs base platform

Proficiency in resolving compatibility problems between new versions of the operating system

Experience with scripting in one or more of the following languages: Shell, Perl, Python,

AppleScript, Swift, xcode naive

Ability to author and clearly articulate technical documentation relating to support processes

and standard operating procedures

Ability to work within a global team environment across diverse cultures, and communicate

effectively with both internal and external clients and vendors

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
