Electroplating Lab Chemist

**Job Summary**:
ACT Plast Paints Pvt Ltd is seeking a **motivated and detail-oriented Electroplating Lab Chemist** to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience in electroplating processes and chemical analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze electroplating bath solutions (nickel, zinc, chrome) to maintain chemical balance and performance.
- Perform titrations, pH measurements, conductivity tests, and other wet chemistry techniques.
- Monitor and adjust chemical processes to meet plating specifications.
- Troubleshoot plating issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain lab records, solution history, and ensure compliance with internal/external standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality departments to maintain consistent product quality.
- Ensure compliance with lab safety regulations and chemical handling protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- **B.Sc in Chemistry** or a related discipline (required).
- Experience in electroplating or chemical laboratories (preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong academic knowledge and interest in surface chemistry are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
