Urgent Opening for US Back office process for Andheri and Nahur location

Viaante Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. A Leading BPO & IT services organization based out of India. We are expanding rapidly and looking at excellent Professionals to be a part of our growth journey.

**Please find below JD for the open position.**
- Work on credentialing files and ensure quality is maintained as per the project requirement
- Use professionalism/courtesy while reaching out external communications to primary sources and practitioner offices.
- Phone verification and follow-up required
- **It will be a 100% calling process.**

**Skills:

- **

1) Excellent English understanding, skills and communication skills
2) Typing speed of 30 40 wpm
3) Excel knowledge
4) Preferred would be someone who had worked on US Voice Processes; but not mandatory

**Education**:
Graduate in any discipline / Undergraduates

**Experience **of 0.5-2 years into Healthcare / Credentialing, Background verification,
Fresher with excellent communication (Experience in any International process)
Voice experience preferred

**Shift timings**: US Shift : 5pm to 2am (shift timing will change as per the daylight saving)

**Work Culture**:

- 05 days (Mon to Fri)
