Job Title: Chemistry Faculty for 11 & 12

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching: Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to students in classes 11th and 12th.

2. Lesson Planning: Prepare and plan engaging lessons, including creating notes, assignments, and assessments to help students achieve their goals.

3. Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

4. Mentorship: Guide and mentor students, providing support and motivation to help them achieve their academic goals.

5. Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of the Chemistry curriculum, ensuring it aligns with JEE and NEET requirements.

6. Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, keeping them informed about student progress and any issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:
1. Qualifications: Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the JEE and NEET syllabus.

2. Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching Chemistry to students preparing for JEE and NEET, preferably in a coaching institute or school setting.

3. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, with excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Patience and Empathy: Ability to work with students of varying abilities and learning styles, providing support and guidance as needed.

5. Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of JEE and NEET Syllabus: In-depth knowledge of the JEE and NEET syllabus, including the latest trends and patterns.

2. Experience with Online Teaching: Experience with online teaching platforms and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

3. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze student performance data and develop strategies to improve student outcomes.
