**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations using tools like **SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape**.
- Develop conceptual and working floor plans as per project requirements.
- Prepare presentation drawings, master layouts, and interior layouts for client approvals.
- Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure feasibility and functionality of designs.
- Modify and update drawings based on feedback from clients or project heads.
- Ensure all plans and visualizations comply with building codes and project standards.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, **Lumion**, and **Photoshop**:
- Experience in **3D rendering**, architectural **planning**, and detailing
- Good understanding of spatial planning, materials, and lighting
- Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
