**Collaborative Team**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and marketing, to implement and optimize SEO strategies.

**Must-Have**:
**SEO Expertise**: Proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies, specifically within the Job or e-learning industry.

**On-Page and Off-Page SEO**: Demonstrated proficiency in on-page optimization, including content optimization, meta tags, and site structure. Additionally, hands-on experience in off-page SEO, including backlink strategies and outreach.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

**Technical SEO Proficiency**: Experience in addressing technical SEO issues and collaborating with development teams to implement solutions.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO strategies and insights.

**Good to have**:
**Multilingual SEO Experience**: Experience in implementing SEO strategies for multilingual websites.

**Content Creation Skills**: Basic content creation skills or experience collaborating with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.

**Backlinking Experience**: Prior experience in developing and executing successful backlinking strategies.

**Gaming Industry Knowledge**: A solid understanding of the gaming education sector and the job market will be an added advantage.
