**Video Editing - 30%**
- Work independently on a variety of live action formats including documentary, interview-based profiles, promotional content and informational/explainer videos
- Collaborate with Project Leads to enhance the quality of content by experimenting with new stylistic approaches
- Conduct visual research using stock footage libraries, historical archives and client provided media
- Organize and log media, create proxies and prepare files for colour grading and sound mixing

**Motion Graphic Design - 30%**
- In collaboration with the Graphic Designer or working independently, create standalone motion graphic media in a variety of styles
- Create pre-production materials like storyboards & styleframes
- Maintain an organized approach to asset and file management

**Mixed Format Media - 40%**
- In collaboration with the Sr Editor, Sr Animator and/or Graphic Designer or working independently, conceptualize mixed format videos in a variety of styles
- Leverage both live action editing and motion graphic skills to produce mixed format media

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Degree or diploma in media production, digital media, video editing, motion design or similar
- 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design
- Strong video editing skills with specific experience in:

- Documentary
- Educational content
- Promotional content
- Mixed media formats (e.g. sourcing and integrating stock/archival footage/images)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software and experience using the programs in conjunction.
- At minimum, a deep understanding of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Essential Graphics workflow
- Interest and experience in informational motion graphics (e.g. data visualization, instructional design)
- A keen sense of timing and pacing
- An organized approach to project file management
- Strong data management skills
- An intuitive, organized editor and motion designer with a keen instinct for visual storytelling
- Able to combine your strong technical knowledge of live-action editing and motion graphics to deliver high quality mixed media
- A creative thinker and problem solver who can find creative solutions during the post-production process
- A goal-oriented team player and self-starter who can work independently in order to meet milestones and deadlines

**Bonus if you**
- Have experience with colour grading (and understanding of DaVinci Resolve)
- Have experience with sound design (and Adobe Audition)
- Have experience working in an agency setting
- Have illustration and/or graphic design skills
- Have experience with a variety of animation software/techniques

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
