Document Collection: You will be responsible for liaising with clients and gathering all the necessary documents as per the facility requirements. This includes financial statements, legal documents, project reports, and any other paperwork essential for fundraising activities.
- Documentation Management: As a Backend Coordinator, you will be in charge of

systematically organizing and storing all the collected documents. This will involve digital filing systems and maintaining physical records, ensuring quick and easy access for future reference.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborating closely with the financial advisory team and clients, you will ensure the timely and accurate submission of documents. You will

communicate with clients to follow up on any missing or incomplete paperwork and maintain regular updates to track progress.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Adhering to relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies, you will verify the accuracy and completeness of the documents received. Your role will involve conducting quality checks to ensure all necessary information is available for the funding process.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Accurate and timely data entry will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be responsible for updating internal databases and generating periodic reports to monitor the status of document collection and overall progress.
- Process Improvement: As a proactive team member, you will actively seek ways to improve the documentation process, enhance efficiency, and optimize workflow.

Pay: ₹12,872.44 - ₹30,865.42 per month
