**Description**
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor.
- The Academic Advisor will be responsible for counseling and advising students on academic journey, providing career counseling, offering guidance on course selection, and assisting with academic planning and progress evaluation.
- Help students develop personalized academic plans and degree completion timelines to ensure timely progress toward graduation.
- Monitor students' academic performance, course enrollment, and degree requirements using academic advising software or student information systems.
- Identify academic challenges or barriers to student success and recommend appropriate interventions, support services, or referrals to campus resources.
- Meet individually with students to provide academic advising, address concerns, and discuss educational goals, career aspirations, and academic progress.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, major/minor programs, and academic pathways based on their interests, skills, and academic requirements.
- Provide guidance on academic policies, procedures, deadlines, and requirements, including course registration, withdrawal, academic probation, and graduation requirements.

**Qualifications**
- BDS Graduate with 0-5yrs of Experience.
- Career Counseling and Academics Advising skills would be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
