**Position**: Special Educator (Only Females)
**Location**: Samashti International School, Hyderabad

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assess, plan, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional academic, social, or behavioral assistance.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and development.
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.
- Adapt teaching materials and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Conduct interventions and remedial sessions to address learning difficulties and developmental challenges.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and growth.
- Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in special education.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education) or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in **schools** with children with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or other special needs is required.
- Certification in relevant special education programs or therapies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
