**Responsibilities**:
1. **Accounts Receivable and Payable**:

- Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Generate and send invoices to clients.
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

2**. Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.

3. **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to management as needed.

4. **Expense Management**:

- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

5. **Assistance in Audits**:

- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Prepare documentation and respond to auditor inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
