*Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing various architectural projects. Your responsibilities will encompass creating AutoCAD drawings, modifying plans, interior design, producing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) working drawings, crafting folded elevations for toilets and kitchens, exterior design, generating 2D and 3D elevations, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and ensuring proficiency in English for all written and verbal communication.

*Responsibilities:*
- Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings for architectural projects.
- Adapt plans and implement changes in accordance with project requirements.
- Demonstrate expertise in interior design and creation of MEP working drawings.
- Develop folded elevations for restroom and kitchen areas.
- Design captivating exteriors that meet project specifications.
- Generate both 2D and 3D elevations to visualize architectural concepts effectively.
- Prepare precise BOQs to estimate materials and costs accurately.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and clients in English.

*Basic Requirements:*
- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an architect or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD software for architectural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of interior design and MEP working drawings.
- Ability to create folded elevations for restrooms and kitchens.
- Experience in exterior design and creating 2D/3D elevations.
- Familiarity with preparing BOQs for material and cost estimations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy in your work.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
