Job Description for Tele counselor profile:
- Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes.
- To counsel clients about student visa process & requirements of countries like Canada, Australia, Europe, USA, UK & many more.
- Counseling the students and parents about the courses offered by the college/university for different countries.
- Convert leads to admissions in good way.
- Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.
- Following up on the prospective students over the phone.
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Coordinating with the Operations department from time to time for the student's case proceedings.
- Follow-up on the leads till registration.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
