We are hiring experienced female tele callers in Adajan, Surat. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with profile creation, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Time: Full-Time

Location: Adajan, Surat

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for matrimonial services.

Assist clients in profile creation and provide matchmaking guidance.

Explain services and membership plans to potential customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Ensure excellent customer service and enhance client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling (any industry).

Language: Must be fluent in reading and speaking Gujarati.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge to manage records and CRM systems.

Employee Benefits:
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives (No Target).

Sunday off.

Fixed shift timings.

Work Hours:
Shift 1: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Shift 2: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
