**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand business in key global markets
- Identify and establish partnerships with international distributors, clients, and business associates
- Achieve revenue targets and market penetration across different countries
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with global customers
- Analyze international market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term business partnerships
- Lead and mentor the international sales team to enhance performance
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Finance for smooth order execution
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in International Business Development / Export Sales, preferably in pharmaceutical excipients, APIs, or related industries
- MBA in International Business / Marketing or a relevant field
- Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English; additional foreign languages will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally as per business needs
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
