**About the Internship**:
We are looking for a **creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern** to join our team. If you're someone who loves social media, enjoys creating posts and reels, and wants to learn the behind-the-scenes of digital branding, this opportunity is made for you
You'll work closely with our marketing team to build online presence, plan campaigns, and engage with our growing audience across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy & Planning**
Plan, brainstorm, and strategize engaging content ideas for Instiqa’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

**Creative Content Creation**
Create high-quality visuals (using Canva or similar tools), write captions and copy that reflect our brand tone, and design posts that drive engagement.

**Social Media Management**
Schedule and publish content consistently on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Monitor post performance and ensure timely and optimized uploads across each platform.

**Trend Analysis & Community Engagement**
Stay updated with the latest trends, reels, formats, and hashtags. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

**Collaborate with Design & Marketing Team**
Coordinate with designers for creative assets and marketing leads for campaign goals and feedback.

**Analytics & Reporting**
Track performance of posts and suggest data-backed recommendations to improve reach, impressions, and follower growth.

**Influencer & Community Building (Bonus)**
Assist in identifying potential influencers, creators, and partners for collaboration to expand brand visibility.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Freshers or recent graduates interested in social media, digital marketing, or branding
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Chennai
- Can commit for 1 months from the start date
- Enthusiastic, quick learner, and open to trying new ideas

**Basic Requirements**:

- Passion for social media and digital communication
- Creativity with basic writing and design skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
- Good communication and time management
- Ability to multitask and accept feedback positively
- Prior experience (even personal projects) in content creation is a bonus
