Job Title: Medical Affairs Associate (Fresher)

Department: Medical Affairs Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and scientifically driven Medical Affairs Associate to support our medical affairs team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based support to internal and external stakeholders. This role involves engaging with cross-functional teams, reviewing scientific content, and assisting in the execution of medical strategies aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide scientific and clinical support to internal teams including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
- Review promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy, ethical compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare, update, and maintain scientific communication materials such as slide decks, medical information documents, and literature reviews.
- Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement activities including scientific discussions, advisory boards, and educational meetings.
- Assist in planning and delivering internal training programs for medical and sales personnel.
- Collaborate with the clinical research team in the evaluation and support of investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and other medical research initiatives.
- Monitor scientific literature and therapeutic developments relevant to company products and pipeline.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Compulsory M. Pharm in Pharmacology.
- Strong knowledge of medical and scientific concepts with the ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
