**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Own the design and development of comprehensive technical solutions that address business requirements and align with the strategic direction.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to multi-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Champion best practices in architecture, design, and coding within the team and across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect team to ensure alignment within portfolio.
- Evaluate and recommend relevant technologies and tools to support the strategic direction of the enterprise architecture.
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to established architectural guidelines and frameworks.
- Responsible for the Customer Lifecycle services portfolio architecture and roadmap.
- Engage with key team members, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Communicate sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical partners and team members in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously assess and improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and find opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.

You are passionate about technology, highly skilled who creates the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem. Responsible for designing, describing, and managing the solution.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- 15+ year of proven experience on a similar role, with a strong background in software development and architecture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
- Proficiency in a variety of technologies and platforms, such as cloud computing, microservices, APIs, and databases.
- Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Network topology, and System Architecture and design patterns.
- Strategic and critical thinker.

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree or any equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
