**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing architectural and interior design drawings.
- Work on architectural and interior layout planning, 2D drafting, and 3D modeling.
- Participate inarchitectural and interior site visits and measurements.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors when required.
- Research materials, finishes, and design trends.
- Create architectural and interior presentations and mood boards for client meetings.
- Support senior designers and architects in project development.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture / Interior Design (or pursuing, if for internship).
- Basic knowledge of design principles and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. (Knowledge of Photoshop, Lumion, or Revit is a plus.)
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the firm.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for design.
