**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes to oversee and optimize production workflows.

2. Lead a team of labours and assembly personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

3. Delegate tasks effectively, balancing workloads and utilizing team members' strengths to maximize productivity.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, purchase, quality assurance

5. Arrange machine dispatches

6. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

**Qualifications:

Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the machine building industry, equipment manufacturing, or fabrication sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
