This role requires a strong foundation in electrical work, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation Excellence**:

- Meticulously install and commission solar panel systems, ensuring precise mounting, secure electrical connections, and seamless integration of monitoring systems.
- Conduct thorough site assessments to determine optimal system design and feasibility, providing expert recommendations to clients.
- **Maintenance & Repair Mastery**:

- Proactively perform routine maintenance and comprehensive repairs on existing solar panel systems.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
- **Electrical Expertise**:

- Perform a wide range of electrical work, including wiring, connections, and rigorous testing, adhering to all safety protocols and industry best practices.
- **Quality & Safety Assurance**:

- Prioritize safety in all aspects of work, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant electrical codes and regulations.
- Maintain the highest quality standards throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
- **Customer Focus**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing clear, informative education on solar panel system operation and maintenance.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, maintenance activities, and repairs, including system performance data and troubleshooting logs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI or Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
