As a Telecaller at SolnsTech LLP, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to promote our products and services, as well as generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce SolnsTech's products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
- High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
