
Customer Service Executive

**Role Overview**:
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for addressing customer queries, handling complaints, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with production, service, and technical teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Register, track, and resolve customer complaints within defined SLAs.
- Provide accurate product, warranty, and after-sales service information.
- Coordinate with service engineers, technical experts, and plant teams for complaint resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved to customer satisfaction.
- Support feedback surveys, service campaigns, and recall activities.
- Prepare periodic reports for management on customer service performance.
**Requirements**: - Graduate in Business Administration/Automobile/Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service (preferably automobile/EV industry).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously.
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 CTC.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
