**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Java technologies (Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- Create and maintain engaging instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and tutorials.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and assessments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into training programs.
- Provide individual and group mentorship to trainees to help them improve their coding skills and understanding of Java frameworks.
- Evaluate the progress of trainees through tests, projects, and performance reviews.

**Project Coordination**:

- Plan, schedule, and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
- Serve as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to gather requirements, set objectives, and communicate progress.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to project plans.
- Conduct regular status meetings and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are achieved within budget and on time.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Java development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Proven experience in managing and coordinating software projects.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Angular etc.).
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in Java technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle).
- Previous experience in a software project management or coordination role.

**Salary**: Upto 30,000 per month
