**Job Description**:
Responsible for all phases of software development process from requirements analysis, estimation, design, development, testing, defect management and help operations/IT teams and L3 support.
Study current systems and help redesign and refactor them to improve performance, stability, and scale.
Required Skills: Bachelor or Masters in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
5 to 8 years of hands-on Oracle development experience covering full SDLC.
Proficient in PL/SQL programming.
Must have experience in SQL, Data Migration, Data cleansing and Data Maintenance.
Good understanding of Oracle internals.
Good understanding of performance management and transactional processing.
Proficient in troubleshooting of Oracle performance issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience with schema design and partitioning will be a plus.
Understanding of query plan and using Oracle Enterprise Manager to analyze/improve it is preferred.
Experience with processing of large data sets is preferred.
