Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Vacuum carpets and sweep floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms and hotel property.
- Assist with the cleaning of public areas, such as corridors, lobby, and elevators, as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to guests, responding to their requests and inquiries.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
