As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is essential in creating a positive impression and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments. Manage and schedule appointments and maintain the reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient front-office operations. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
