Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our architecture team as a Junior Architect. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are passionate about architecture and eager to learn and contribute to diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Design Development:

- Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine design concepts.
- Utilize software tools for architectural drafting and 3D modeling to contribute to the design process.

2. Documentation and Drawing Preparation:

- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards.

3. Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Analyze site conditions and constraints to inform design decisions.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and clients.
- Effectively communicate ideas and concepts through verbal, written, and visual means.

5. Site Visits and Inspections:

- Participate in site visits and inspections to gain practical knowledge of construction processes.
- Assist in the documentation of site conditions and progress.

6. **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Strong proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketchup, lumion, V-RAY and 3D modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.

This is an entry-level position, and we encourage recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience to apply.
